SHIPPING

We ship with Canada Post.  Orders will take 1-3 business day to process and be shipped. Once your package is in the care of Canada Post we can not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.  If your package is returned due to incorrect information provided to us, we will not refund any shipping costs.  Your order can be reshipped at buyers’ expense.

IN TOWN DELIVERY/PICK UP

- We offer in town (Red Deer Alberta Only) delivery on all orders over $50.00. Please select “Local Delivery” at checkout.  I will contact you to confirm your address before dropping off.  For free local pick up please select “Local Pick Up” at check out.  There is no minimum order for local pick up.

PRICING

All pricing is shown in Canadian Dollars excluding tax.  All payments are taking in Canadian Dollars and Pretty n Pink Nail Boutique has the right to change prices without notice.  GST will be added at checkout at 5%.

 

PAYMENTS

Orders from our website are processed by Square.  Payment is required before items are shipped.

CANCELLATION

Orders can not be cancelled once they have been shipped.  NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

RETURNS/REFUNDS/EXCHANGES

Due to health and safety standards ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to offer refunds/returns or exchanges.  If we made an error in your order please contact us with in 48 hours.  We will not consider any claims made outside of this time period.

Special note:

If you receive and item and it is damaged please contact prettynpinknailboutique@gmail.com with in 48 hours with a photo attached.  We will do our best to rectify the problem. Return shipping is at buyers expense.  If items are not received with 14 days from initial contact no refund will be issued. Please contact prettynpinknailboutique@gmail.com with any manufactures’ defects.

We offer 1-year of coverage against manufacturer's defects of the hand piece and controller. (For most electric files)
