All About the Base is a thin consistency base coat. Apply a thin layer to a nail plate that has been scrubbed with Magpie Prep & Dehydrate for 8-10 seconds per nail. Cure for 60sec LED/2minute UV. For added strength, follow All About the Base with Magpie Give Me Strength before applying Magpie Gel Colours.
