Yang is a fine white glitter that is intended to be used for the sugaring effect. This glitter is NOT meant to be top coated. 
Magpie Glitter application tips:
Sugaring glitter
Sprinkle Yang onto an uncured layer of Don't Be Tacky or a Magpie Gel Paint. 
Cure the gel fully for 60-90 seconds in a LED lamp.
Brush off the excess with the Magpie Duster Brush. 
DO NOT TOP COAT.
